The founder of one of the key companies in the market of general contractors for office and industrial buildings - Amwin from Września (amwin.pl), decided to change the company's business model in 2009. Instead of acting as a subcontractor, the company was to become the designer and general contractor of halls and office buildings. The originator successfully signed and completed over 80 contracts in the "design-build" formula, on a turnkey basis. As part of these contracts, the company handled the design and construction of production, warehouse, commercial, and office buildings.
As the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development and Investor Services, he was responsible for the work of the pre-project and conceptual department, responsible for signing contracts, customer service, project management, legal matters, marketing, and company development. He also served as a trainer, advisor in the commercial real estate market, and speaker at numerous industry events.
In 2017, he sold the company and became an active investor in the long- and short-term rental apartment segment in Poznań, Gdynia, Sopot, and Gdańsk. Among other things, he completed a project involving the creation of a network of short-term rental apartments, offering over 120 accommodation places, under the brand summerwinter.pl.
Currently, he actively develops the company WIN Construction Development Sp. z o.o. (winconstruction.pl), which comprehensively completed a project including land search, land development, design, and construction of a multi-family building, as well as its commercialization and short-term rental management in Gdynia Orłowo under the brand summerwinter.pl. He skillfully managed teams of engineers, architects, designers, laborers, subcontractors, suppliers in the fields of construction, sales, marketing, and customer service.

He is a member of the Greater Poland Property Trade Agents Association, speaker on behalf of the DAFA trade association, speaker on behalf of the NOWOCZESNE HALE monthly magazine at the Budma trade fair, speaker during workshops for logistics managers at WarehouseLab, as well as for experts in the field of real-estate.
As the person managing the company, responsible for development, sales, and marketing, he is a six-time winner of the Fair Play awards, a three-time winner of the Gazelles of Business awards, and a business organizer with a very good payment ability according to Creditform. He completed EMBA studies at Aalto University, postgraduate managerial studies for developers at SGH, FIDIC postgraduate studies, postgraduate studies in real estate trading, and Poznań University of Technology from 1995 to 2000.
